Loomis Associates developed the hardscape design for a dining terrace completed as part of a major building expansion. The space was required to have a dual function as an access way to mechanical equipment, requiring the design to accommodate large trucks. The landscape designs included bioretention planting areas, major parking, and athletic field expansion.
