Loomis Associates is currently working with Lutheran Senior Services to develop a senior living facility in Lake St. Louis, Missouri. In 2013, Loomis Associates assisted LSS in acquiring city approval for this development, and currently Loomis Associates is working with the project team to develop all courtyard areas, entry signage, and pedestrian plazas as well as a full landscape and irrigation plan for the entire project.
